
SunHub Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of SunHub facilities and apply to all professionals who make bookings or use the space.
By making a booking, the professional agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
1. Eligibility
SunHub is exclusively intended for professionals working within the Allied Health sector.
The space is provided strictly for administrative purposes, including but not limited to:

Report writing

Care planning
-
Document and record management
-
Diary and schedule organisation
-
General administrative tasks
SunHub is not a clinical space.
The following are strictly prohibited:

Conducting face-to-face appointments
-
Delivering therapy sessions
-
Carrying out consultations or assessments
-
Receiving clients on the premises
Failure to comply with this rule may result in the immediate suspension of access rights.
2. Bookings
All bookings must be made via the official booking link.

Bookings are personal and non-transferable.

Use of the space is subject to availability.

Confirmation will be sent automatically once the booking is completed.
SunHub reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings if these Terms and Conditions are not complied with.
3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Bookings may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking start time are non-refundable.

Failure to attend a confirmed booking (no-show) will result in forfeiture of the full booking fee.

No credits or refunds will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows.

Refunds outside of these terms are at the sole discretion of SunHub management.
4. Use of the Space
Users agree to:

Keep the environment clean and organised
-
Use equipment appropriately
-
Respect other professionals present
-
Take reasonable care of the premises
The meeting room may be used for:

Professional phone calls
-
Online meetings
-
Private professional discussions
The space must be left in the same condition in which it was found.
5. Confidentiality and Privacy
SunHub is committed to maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality.
All professionals are responsible for:

Ensuring that physical and digital documents are securely protected

Not leaving sensitive information visible or accessible to third parties
-
Conducting confidential discussions exclusively in the meeting room or in a private setting
-
Complying with the privacy regulations applicable to their professional practice
SunHub accepts no responsibility for lost documents, equipment, or information left unsecured.
6. Liability
Each professional is fully responsible for their conduct, materials, and equipment used while on the premises.
SunHub is not liable for:

Damage to personal equipment

Loss or theft of personal belongings
-
Misuse of the space by third parties
7. Acceptance
Use of the space constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
SunHub reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
