Support Worker
Natasha

Natasha has dedicated her whole life to caring for children and families. Qualified in Midwifery, she is also a certified infant massage instructor, a rare combination that shows just how central caring for others has always been to her journey.

Across decades of working with families through delicate moments, Natasha has developed a patient and attentive eye, always looking to understand what each person truly needs, even when it isn't put into words.

A natural communicator with a calm presence, she knows how to build trust quickly, something essential for anyone opening their home and entrusting the care of someone they love.

With hands on experience in activities adapted for different ages and abilities, as a Kindergym coach, Natasha brings real sensitivity to adjusting her approach to each person's needs.

Outside of work, Natasha is a mother of five and a nana of eight, who loves a walk on the beach, a good coffee catch up and travelling whenever she can. Her warmth and positivity come from more than 38 years working closely with families, and she's genuinely looking forward to building a wonderful relationship with you and yours.

Pia brings more than six years of experience in support work, including support for people living with disability and mental health needs, always focused on community activities, outings, and plans designed to improve the quality of life for those she works with.

Pia combines technical knowledge with a natural sensitivity for picking up on what each person needs, often before being asked.

Before moving into the care sector, Pia built a career in customer service, which sharpened her ability to connect with people from all walks of life and build relationships built on trust that last.

Passionate about gardening, cooking, and craft, Pia loves bringing creative projects to life, whether that's sewing, drawing, or creating illustrations. She speaks more than one language, which helps her connect with families from different cultures and backgrounds.

Rose is a dedicated support worker with a Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability), and hands-on experience in personal care, medication administration, PEG feeding, catheter care, diabetes management, and supporting clients with their health and wellbeing goals.

With more than six years as a co-educator at Edge Early Learning, Rose developed a natural ability to build genuine connections with families, adapt to each person's pace, and maintain open, empathetic communication with everyone around her.

Rose has a natural gift for making people feel seen and safe. Whether with young children or adults who need support, she creates an environment of trust where relationships can truly grow.
