Rose

Rose is a dedicated support worker with a Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability), and hands-on experience in personal care, medication administration, PEG feeding, catheter care, diabetes management, and supporting clients with their health and wellbeing goals.

With more than six years as a co-educator at Edge Early Learning, Rose developed a natural ability to build genuine connections with families, adapt to each person's pace, and maintain open, empathetic communication with everyone around her.

Rose has a natural gift for making people feel seen and safe. Whether with young children or adults who need support, she creates an environment of trust where relationships can truly grow.

As a mother, Rose understands first-hand what it means to trust someone you love to another person's care. She enjoys the outdoors, parks, and the beach, and brings that warm, positive energy into every shift.
