Britney holds a Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) and a Certificate III in Hospitality, and is currently studying a Diploma of Health Science with the goal of becoming a naturopath.

Kristy brings valuable lived experience with Autism (ASD), ADHD, ODD, and anxiety, along with professional experience supporting individuals with non-verbal communication, epilepsy, Dandy-Walker Syndrome, and catatonia.

Outside of work, she enjoys camping, hiking, crafting, rugby league, and spending time by the beach—embracing a fun, down-to-earth lifestyle.

A few years ago, Kristy spent 12 months travelling around Australia in a caravan with her family, creating unforgettable memories and gaining a unique perspective that she brings into her work.
