The space is not open to the public and cannot be used for client appointments, physical activities, or health treatment sessions. Cancellation Policy
This policy sets out the guidelines for bookings, cancellations and waitlists for the spaces available at SunHub. 1. Eligibility The use of desks and administrative spaces at SunHub is exclusively for professionals working in the Allied Health sector. The space is intended solely for administrative functions and general administrative tasks. ❗ Face-to-face appointments, consultations, assessments or receiving clients on the premises are not permitted. The meeting room may be used for: Professional phone calls Online meetings Private professional discussions 2. Booking Policy All bookings must be made via the official booking link. Confirmation will be sent automatically once the booking has been completed. Bookings are personal and non-transferable. Use of the space is subject to availability. 3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy Bookings may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking start time are non-refundable. Failure to attend a confirmed booking (no-show) will result in forfeiture of the full booking fee. No credits or refunds will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows. Repeated late cancellations or non-attendance may result in temporary suspension of booking privileges. Refunds outside of these terms are at the sole discretion of SunHub management. 4. Waitlist Policy If there is no availability, professionals may join the waitlist. In the event of a cancellation, the space will be offered in order of request. The notified person will have a specified timeframe to confirm the booking. 5. Confidentiality and Privacy SunHub is committed to the highest standards of confidentiality. All professionals must ensure that physical and digital documents are securely protected. Sensitive client information must not be left visible or accessible to third parties. Conversations involving confidential information must take place exclusively in the meeting room or in a private setting. Each professional is responsible for complying with the privacy regulations applicable to their professional practice. Use of the space constitutes agreement to this policy.
